A wedding day is magical—but it’s also fast, busy, and full of compromises. Tight timelines, weather, and nerves often mean couples don’t get the portraits they always dreamed of.

That’s why I created Beyond the Wedding Day: a service designed for couples who want to relive the magic, celebrate anniversaries, or finally create the cinematic portraits their wedding schedule never allowed.

On a wedding day, timelines, guests and weather reduce the time for truly editorial, cinematic portraits. Couples leave with memories — but sometimes not the heirloom images they’d hoped for. That’s the gap I fill.

I create bespoke sessions that let you:

  • Celebrate anniversaries with editorial portraits.

  • Re-shoot the wedding photos you always imagined.

  • Re-wear your dress and create fashion-forward bridal images.

  • Travel for destination shoots in meaningful locations.

Each session is planned and directed to reflect your story, personality and the moments that matter.

Whether it’s an anniversary, a second-chance shoot, or a beautifully planned elopement, every session is designed to reflect your story, personality, and the moments that matter.

My career began as a BBC-trained TV & film lighting director. I translate film-grade lighting, mood and composition into still photography — creating portraits that look, feel and move like movie stills. This is not documentary wedding coverage; this is crafted, editorial portraiture designed to last generations.

Every session is planned as a custom collaboration:

    • Discovery call — We discuss your story, personality, and the images you’ve always imagined.

    • Location & concept — I propose meaningful places and creative concepts tailored to you.

    • Styling & direction — Guidance on wardrobe, hair, and posing so you look confident, natural, and effortlessly elegant.

    • The session — Relaxed, directed, and unhurried — giving us space to create memorable, expressive portraits.

    • Luxury delivery — Hand-edited images, optional museum-grade prints, and heirloom albums.

This planning process makes each shoot uniquely yours — as bespoke as the relationship it celebrates.

I love helping couples reclaim this part of their story — to slow down, to laugh, to look like the version of themselves they always imagined. Photographing light, expression and quiet connection is what I do best — and it’s an honour to do it with you.
